Private Law Children - Kate advises and acts in all areas of private law proceedings relating to children, including residence and contact disputes, cases with an international element, and private law cases involving serious domestic violence.
Public Law Children - Kate advises and acts in all areas of public law proceedings relating to children. She has experience in dealing with cases including allegations of sexual and physical abuse, severe neglect and parties suffering from learning and mental health difficulties. She has experience of applications arising under the Adoption and Children Act 2002 including Placement and Special Guardianship Orders
