Madeleine Reardon has deliberately maintained a wide family law practice which covers all areas of ancillary relief, Schedule 1 and both public and private law children. She has a particular interest in complex private law children cases and has recent experience of international adoption, same-sex parenting (including surrogacy), relocation and transfer of residence/intractable contact cases. She is a 'Band 2' recommended junior in Chambers and Partners 2010 and 2011. She is frequesntly led by, and appears against, Queen's Counsel.
Madeleine is a trained mediator and part of Chambers’ ADR group.
In October 2010 she was appointed a Deputy District Judge (Civil). She will commence sitting in 2011.
