Christopher Pocock has practised from 1 King’s Bench Walk since his call to the bar in 1984. He specialises in family law, particularly divorce, matrimonial finance and property, financial disputes between unmarried couples, and inheritance and family provision. He has particular experience in high net worth financial ancillary relief cases, and those involving businesses and complex remuneration and other financial arrangements (including trusts, both onshore and offshore).

He has a particular interest in pre-nuptial agreements and cases involving them, and is co-author of Consensus (by Class Publishing), a computer program for the legal profession which aids in the drafting of nuptial and other cohabitation agreements.

He has a working knowledge of French
